We want you to love your Impala skates, but if the fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure your skates are tested on carpeted surfaces to maintain their brand-new condition for eligibility.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your skates in their original box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
